Q: Is registration to the site free of charge?

A: Membership at Coollectors is absolutely free of charge. Register to the site and start enjoying Coollectors exciting features which are available to its members such as Buying, Selling, Exchanging and Cataloging items on the site.

 

Q: How do I register to the site?

A: To register, from the homepage click on "Register", fill in all the requested details (fields marked with a red star are obligatory), accept Coollectors terms of use and click "submit".

 

Following your registration you will be directed to complete your public profile at Coollectors.

 

Q: Who sees my public profile?

A: Your public profile at Coollectors is visible to the general public. Therefore, make sure you fill it carefully and as accurately as possible. You will be able to edit and update your public profile at all times.

 

Q: Do I have to fill in my Account Information?                                         
A: Inorder to add items at Coollectors, your account information must be fully completed (fields marked with a red star are obligatory). It is important to fill all your personal information as accurately as possible as it will be used for your transactions. 


Q: How do I update my Account Information?

A: To update your account information, from the homepage, click on "My Zone" and then click on "update" at your account information.

 

Q: Who is eligible to use the site?                                                                
A: Coollectors is a general audience website, however, it is not directed to children under the age of 13. Coollectors will never knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not provide Coollectors with personally identifiable information of any kind whatsoever. If Coollectors becomes aware that a user is under the age of 13, Coollectors will remove his or her personally identifiable information from Coollectors files. If you believe that Coollectors might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us through
support@coollectors.com.

For children between the ages of 13 to 18 Coollectors recommends that they ask their parents for permission before sending any information about themselves to anyone over the internet. In these cases, the parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old is the user and is responsible for all the activities on the Site.  Coollectors encourages parents and guardians to spend time with their children online and to be familiar with the websites they visit.

Using any of Coollectors.com features on site which include transactions such as selling, exchanging  and buying on the site requires users to be 18 years old, who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law and qualify for credit card and Paypal account

Q: How do I start selling items? 

A: In order to sell items at Coollectors, register to Coollectors for free and make sure that you completed your personal information at your account information in "My Zone". It is very important that the information at your account information will be as detailed and as accurate as possible as it will be used for your transactions. If your item is ordered, you will receive the payment to the paypal account as mentioned in your account information.

You can also specify other payment method, and should your item be ordered and the buyer chose this payment method, you will receive an e-mail about the order and you will need to complete the transaction by connecting with the buyer. Now you are ready to start selling and show your items to potential buyers and collectors.

 

Q: How do I add an item?

A: Adding an item for Sale, Swap or to your Catalog is easy! From the homepage, simply go to one of the following pages: My Zone, Buy, Sell, Swap, Catalog or to your collector's page, click on "Add New Item" and fill in the relevant information (fields marked with a red star are obligatory). Please note that in order to add a new item, all your account information should be completed. It is very important that the information at your account information will be as detailed and as accurate as possible as it will be used for your transactions. If your item is ordered, you will receive the payment to the paypal account as mentioned in your account information. You can also specify other payment method, and should your item be ordered and the buyer chose this payment method, you will receive an e-mail about the order and you will need to complete the transaction by connecting with the buyer. 

Q: Where can I see my Items?

A: You will be able to see all your items in the folder "My Zone" at "My Items".            
Active items  - are visible to the public. 

Inactive items - are visible only to the user. Reactivae the item to relist it. 
Sold out items - are visible only in partial public search. To activate sold out items add 1 item to the stock. 


Q: How can I list my items simultaneously?
A: You can list several items simultaneously by using Coollectors Bulk Lister. For more information please see the Bulk Lister Helper. 

Q: Where can I see my Selling History?

A: To view your selling history, from the home click on "My Zone" and then click on "My Selling History".


Q: How do I get paid for my items? 

A: Once your item has been ordered, the buyer will be immediately directed to pay for the item through Paypal. It is very important that the information at your account information will be as detailed and as accurate as possible as it will be used for your transactions. If your item is ordered, you will receive the payment to the paypal account as mentioned in your account information. You can also specify other payment method, and should your item be ordered and the buyer chose this payment method, you will receive an e-mail about the order and you will need to complete the transaction by connecting with the buyer. If you encounter any problem with a transaction please contact us at support@coollectors.com.


Q: What kind of payment methods are available at Coolectors?

A: Currently buyers are able to pay online for their orders via Paypal or via their debit cards through Paypal. In the future, additional online payment methods will be possible. You can also specify other payment method, and should your item be ordered and the buyer chose this payment method, you will receive an e-mail about the order and you will need to complete the transaction by connecting with the buyer.

A: In order to Swap items at Coollectors, register to Coollectors for free and make sure that you completed your personal information at your account information in "My Zone". It is very important that the information at your account information will be as detailed and as accurate as possible as it will be used for your transactions.

Now you are ready to start exchanging and show your items to potential buyers and collectors.


Q: How do I add an item?

A: Adding an item for Sale, Swap or to your Catalog is easy! From the homepage, simply go to one of the following pages: My Zone, Buy, Sell, Swap, Catalog or to your collector's page, click on "Add New Item" and fill in the relevant information (fields marked with a red star are obligatory). If users find your item interesting for swap, they will be able to contact you to receive further details, through your item's page.


Q: Where can I see my Items?

A: In order to Catalog your collectibles at Coollectors, simply register to Coollectors for free and make sure that you completed your personal information at your account information in "My Zone". Now you are ready to start cataloging your items and show them to other collectors and potential buyers.

To review the different items, you can either from the home page click on "Buy" or click on the relevant category on the left bar. You can also find the items of a specific collector by clicking from the home page on "Collectors" and then choosing the requested collector and "My items".  

To order an item, from the item's page, click on "Buy now" and fill in the relevant details in the order form.


Q: How do I search an Item?

A: You can find a specific item by searching it at the search bar with a term or keyword which you believe are related to the item.

 

Q: How can I see My Purchase History?

A: To view your purchase history, from the home click on "My Zone" and then click on "My Purchase History".


Q: How to I pay for my order?
