1920s Optimo Safety Razor w Case and
Blades RICHARDS RAZORS; MAKE ME AN OFFER I CAN'T
REFUSE! This razor is a "VERY RARE" brand named
"Optimo", it is marked Made in Germany on the
bottom sideof the bottom blade plate. The "Optimo"
was made in Germany; as far as I can find while
doingresearch this razor was produced in the 1920's;
definatly pre-WWII. With this great
collectiblecomes a razor box and two Gillette Thin
Blades, please see the pictures. This is a "Very
Rare" Razor made in Germany.I have been told this
is a Gillette German brand (you decide); it has a
brass handle and is 3” long. The razor is in very
good condition with one exception; one slightly
bent tooth on the comb, whichcan easily be repaired.
This razor is designed like any other early "old
type" razor, it has slightwear to it but will make a
great addition to your collection. Find another
"Optimo", if you can;they are obviously disappering
and are already in the hands of lucky
